Consumer Agreement
Since Créations Seconde Nature produces handcrafted lamps, individual items may vary somewhat. Our documentation is provided for information purposes only. Furthermore, Créations Seconde Nature reserves the right to stop marketing certain collections or products at any time, without prior notice. Lamps offered may be changed or discontinued at any time. All of our products are priced excluding taxes, and are subject to taxes currently in force on the day of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
Our delivery schedule is based on the date and time of order confirmation. Delivery times are provided for information purposes and in accordance with our availability; any delivery past preset deadlines shall not constitute grounds for damages and interest. Créations Seconde Nature is authorized to make partial or complete deliveries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Taxes
Créations Seconde Nature charges no sales taxes for international orders. Canadian residents will be charge a 5%(GST) and Québec residents will be charge a 5% GST plus a 7.5% (PST) to the price.

Return Policy
You may purchase our lamps from this website by using any one of the payment options offered by PayPal™. Once an order has been submitted, it may only be changed or cancelled by phone or by e.mail, within ten (10) days. No requests for modification will be considered after shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior consent from Créations Seconde Nature. In this case, returns will be made at the purchaser’s own expense, without exception. No matter what the reason, a credit note will be issued on returns of merchandise, minus a 20% deduction. At no time may the purchaser requests reimbursement either in whole or in part.
